I recently worked with a real estate agent to rework their Instagram feed, transforming it into a more visually cohesive and aesthetically pleasing presence that better appeals to today’s younger buyers — especially Gen Z. We focused on creating a consistent color palette, incorporating modern, minimal design elements, and using short-form video content like Reels to showcase properties in a more engaging and authentic way. I also helped introduce more lifestyle-driven posts to reflect the values and aspirations of Gen Z, such as work-from-home setups, neighborhood highlights, and sustainable living tips. The goal was to shift from a purely sales-driven feed to one that tells a story, builds trust, and connects with first-time buyers who want more than just square footage — they want a lifestyle they can see themselves in.
